This modern villa in Óbidos has comfortable bedrooms and is ideal for a family holiday. It features a fantastic private pool as well as 2 children's pools.The villa is located on the Bom Sucesso golf resort, equipped with a football pitch (free use), gym (free use), golf course (18 holes), 4 tennis courts, a padel court, some shops and a restaurant. Bom Sucesso is located in a beautiful natural area just 7 km from Praia d'el Rey beach and 9 km from Bom Sucesso beach. It lies on a beautiful lagoon (with lovely beach!) with the lovely town of Foz de Arelho (16 km) across the road.This detached villa is a feat of architecture! It is almost entirely made of glass. All windows are sliding doors which makes the house nice and bright and pleasant. The villa is divided into 2 parts with a patio in the middle. The part on the side of the spacious patio and pool consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the other side, via a few steps, you will find the bedrooms with bathrooms. The furnishings are very modern.
